Sunday Chores
Posted by: | CommentsHow does the song go, “Its Friday Night and I an’t go no body, got some money cus I just go paid…….â€Â Well its not Friday but the thought still holds. After a nice Sunday ride with the Stan’s Monrovia Bike quasi bicycle club I had lunch with a friend at BJ’s – recommend the Red and Cesar Salad – took a nap and do a few chores around the house.
Have you ever gone to Home Dept and brought home your new treasure to find out that the help there were totally ignorant and sold you the wrong stuff. Dido here. After going back to that home owners scourge I found someone that actually knew the product and got the right stuff to put up a sliding curtain for the guest bedroom. I wanted to find the same stuff that I put up in the Master but that style was no longer available….figures right so I went and got something very similar from the same company. This lead me to the topic of House Remodeling. Oh No Mr. Bill not that. Well its coming and there is no escape.  More later
Saturday Morning

Its Saturday morning and fall weather is here. Cool breezes clean the sky to blue in the afternoons after the heavy fog laying in the valley burns away with the sun. Looking out into the mist early this morning I was looking forward to a short 30 mile bicycle ride before all of the house work that would come in the afternoon.
The central heating unit is going to have to be replaced which will require getting up into the Attic. The back yard beckons with some ground grading that needs to be done after the swimming pool was removed late last month. A couple of the sprinklers need tending to as well. Does it ever end? Someone once said that we can rest when we are dead and in the mean time is all work. I did get in a bicycle ride this morning so its not all work I guess.
This afternoon I am going to have to sit down and write a bit for a lecture that is coming up this Monday. Hmmmmm don’t even know yet what to present. Better get cracking on it now.

Where Have you been BatMan?
Posted by: | CommentsIt has been several months since I last posted – well more than a few months. Where have you been BatMan? If I were to tell you the whole story I would have to send my cousin Vinny over to break your legs so that you would not squeal or at least threaten you with a large salami up side the head or something. Would you believe that I have been remodeling the Bat Cave and have not had any time to discuss these plans with you? No, well you just have to trust me on this one and give me a little break after such a long haul with school and all that stuff.
OK, I’m back to writing again and will be up and around a bit. Does that mean that my readership will skyrocket again into blogisphere heights? Thats unlikely but at least the keys are moving and thats something.
The other problem is that I have too many web sites that need attention. Now maybe you would call this an abundance of good things but now I am feeling the need to consolidate and breath life into a few projects that warrant the work. So here is the question – I have several URL’s or addresses with blogs on them and would like to narrow them down a bit. Which addresses do you like. Here they are:
